The Market Rate determines the rate of your property. Our specialized in-house team and our combined years of experience will guide you in the process of selecting the best rate for you home/condo.
Our background check and screening process helps us ensure we place the best possible tenant in your property. We also act quickly and are responsive to the tenant’s needs while they rent your unit in order to ensure we build a long-term relationship between your tenant and your property.
We try to avoid evictions and the process removing a tenant by vigorous screening, however we realize this is not always a guarantee. If the need arises we work digently and professionally in accordance to Florida and local laws to remove the delinquent tenant.
Maintenance of your property is a necessary expense when owning rental-income-producing property. We take an approach with our preferred vendors to ensure your property gets adequate routine maintenance to avoid large expenses when they could become a larger problem for you. All maintenance and expenses are always cleared with the owner prior to starting work. All routine maintenance with each new tenant include but are not limited to – carpet cleaning, painting, general appliance inspections and re-keying the apartment to address any safety concerns by future tenants.
